Let owner Grant Hanson tell you about the history of his company.

Linnius Construction (pronounced lynn-ee-us) is named after my paternal grandfather Linnius A. Hanson, a WWII veteran and farmer.  He could fix anything and taught me my love of the outdoors. His can-do attitude and love of hard work lives on through this company.

Linnius is a full-service general contractor serving Central Oregon’s and Southern Oregon’s residential and commercial clients. We are properly licensed, bonded, and insured for the projects we work on, and carry a combined 65 years of experience in the industry.

We focus on high-end additions plus kitchen and bath remodels as our portfolio testifies to. We love to hear our client’s ideas and fulfill the dreams they have for their home or commercial property.

We are passionate about providing our clients with the best in the industry, and carry certifications from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), and Central Oregon Builders Association, as well as being EPA Lead Based Paint Removal Certified. We pride ourselves in our ability to connect with our clients on a personal level, having open communication, and getting the job done right.
